Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?Absolutely, our service is completely flexible meaning you can cancel or reschedule your booking at any time before we arrive. Just let our office team know by phone, email, live chat or WhatsApp and they will take care of arranging either a new date/time for your booking or a refund for any payments you have made. There are no charges to cancel or reschedule your booking with us. If we have arrived on site and you decide that you need to cancel/reschedule, there may be a call out charge applicable in this instance.

This means all cleaning products and materials along with the use of any household cleaning appliances are all inclusive within the quoted fixed price. All prices we provide are fixed, meaning there are no hidden or additional costs. We charge VAT on our services as a VAT registered company in the UK.

How do I pay for my booking?Payment can be made by credit or debit card, either online or by phone. If this isn't an option for you, we do also accept bank transfers as a method of payment. We do not accept cash as a form of payment.
